- If I subscribe yearly, can I switch back to monthly?
- Yes. You keep the plan benefits until the paid year ends, then the subscription auto-renews monthly.
- Is there a contract commitment?
- No. Cancellation is instant from the dashboard. If you cancel mid-month, you keep paid access until period-end and the subscription doesn't renew.
- Are the prices VAT-inclusive?
- Yes. Every price listed is VAT-inclusive at 15% (Saudi standard rate).
- Which payment methods are accepted?
- Mada, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay — through Moyasar, the trusted Saudi-market payment gateway.
- I'm an influencer/freelancer — do I need the full attribution stack?
- Usually not. The Lite plan (19 SAR) is enough: 20+ pro themes, the 'Powered by Athar' footer hidden, and a tagline under your name. If your company runs paid ads with real budget, pick Pro Max.
- How does influencer attribution work in Pro Max?
- Create a campaign, add a name + contract cost + custom link per influencer (e.g. athar.link/yourbrand/c/rahaf). Share the link with the influencer. Within hours the dashboard shows who drove visits, how many clicks, the top button that captured their audience, and the actual cost-per-click.
- How do I migrate from Linktree?
- Recreate your buttons manually in 5 minutes from the dashboard. Historical analytics stay in Linktree — export them before closing the account if you want to keep them.
- What are lead forms and how do they work?
- An optional form on your bio page that collects customer enquiries (booking, contact, quote requests). Ships with 7 sector-ready templates: real estate, clinics, education, services, retail, restaurants, and content creators. Submissions land in a dashboard inbox + instant email alert + CSV export.
